Lock in what you actually agreed to
A consent receipt is a portable, primary-source record of which version of Twitch's policy you accepted. It embeds the hash of that version, so if Twitch later asserts you agreed to different terms, you have proof to the contrary. Save the JSON. Print the text. Keep both.
