Lock in what you actually agreed to
A consent receipt is a portable, primary-source record of which version of Blue Apron's policy you accepted. It embeds the hash of that version, so if Blue Apron later asserts you agreed to different terms, you have proof to the contrary. Save the JSON. Print the text. Keep both.
